Hi Kathy, I believe it’s actually a nail file. If you don’t understand the diddy little squares then bluntly you probably wouldn’t understand the technical answer???? 🙂
You may possibly have an issue with your PC as these are just ordinary Adobe PDF files.
These were docx or doc files – I changed them to the (slightly) more readable pdf files after comments!!!
PDF and docx free readers are readily available. Just google ‘read docx’ or ‘read PDF’ for a solution. All further documents will be PDF for now.
